We invent superheroes and their stories but Jesus is an actual superhero who has defeated our greatest enemies. In Mark 7, Jesus is confronted for not adhering to traditions of how to follow God's law. Since traditions were collected wisdom of generations over centuries, going against tradition was a big deal. Jesus has the authority to override all collective wisdom.
