The Bible has four Gospels that tell us about the life and ministry of Jesus Christ, but each one has its distinctives. The Gospel of Luke could be described as "Jesus for the Gentiles." Luke is an investigative reporter on the life of Jesus and gives the longest and perhaps the most comprehensive account of Jesus' life. Luke emphasizes the historical reality of the person of Jesus who lived, died and rose again. In Luke, Jesus is a storyteller who prays and gives special attention to the poor and unpopular.
